Diabetes UK has set out some clear standards of care for people with diabetes. We subscribe to these standards and strive to ensure you get the best possible care. If you are not satisfied with the care you are getting then let us know so we can do something about it. Use the feedback form to let us know of any concerns you may have.

Most GP surgeries now run diabetes clinics where patients can be given a first class service, without needing to come to a clinic in the hospital. Those with type 1 diabetes or with problems which need addressed by a specialist, generally attend only the hospital clinics. However for a large number of patients care is shared between the hospitals and General Practice. To find out about shared care and the different care types click here.
